This little python program converts Google Earth .kml files to xml files suitable as inpunt for the Joomla extension "Google Maps Multipage (http://extensions.joomla.org/component/option,com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,5248/Itemid,35/) ". Categories are automatically generated from a specific Folder level. So you can export a .kml file from within Google Earth and generate a complete marker set for Joomla that can be either imported into the local marker database or linked as exteranl xml fil (see the documentation for the extension).

This is kml2xml4gmmmultipage but as standalone Windows package. Just unzip and you can find an .exe file in the bin directory. Please open a Commandline window (DOS window) and change to the directory where the .exe resides. From there you type kml2xml4gmmmultipage. Hope that helps with some of the issues that I got reports on!
